About Hadassah Offices in Israel (HOI):
Hadassah Offices in Israel (HOI) plays a vital role as the liaison office for Hadassah, The Women's Zionist Organization of America (HWZOA) in Israel, representing HWZOA in Israel and providing oversight, coordination, and fundraising support for Hadassah-owned entities in the country, including Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO), Meir Shfeya Youth Village, and Hadassah Neurim Youth Village.

Position Overview:
The Visits Guide will serve as the primary guide for visitors and guests at Hadassah’s Ein Kerem and Mount Scopus Hospitals. The guide will provide informative, engaging tours of the Albert and Ethel Herzstein Heritage Center and the famous Chagall Windows in the Fannie and Maxwell Abbell Synagogue. This position involves close collaboration with the Visits and Events Coordinator and the Coordinator of the Chagall Windows and Heritage Center. The guide will interact with tourists, hospital staff, donors, missions, delegations, and VIP guests, representing Hadassah’s values.

Responsibilities:
• Representing Hadassah's values through guided     tours and visitor engagement, catering to diverse     groups including donors, missions, tourists,     delegations, and VIP guests.
• Welcoming and assisting visitors at the Albert     and Ethel Herzstein Heritage Center and the     Chagall Windows during opening hours, which     includes:
   o Receiving visitors, facilitating payments, and          providing written and verbal explanations of          Hadassah’s history, displays, and the Chagall        Windows.
   o Maintaining order, cleanliness, and operating             the visual and audio displays.
• Conducting tours of both the Ein Kerem and     Mount Scopus Hospitals, tailoring the experience       based on the needs of specific donor and       mission groups.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; additional         languages are an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,       with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Basic familiarity with Office and other PC    applications
• Previous experience in guiding, tourism, customer     service, or similar roles is an advantage
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Multitasker and cross cultural work capabilities
• Flexibility with hours
• Proactive, detail-oriented and organized and       capable of working under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor
