Our client is seeking a mission-driven Account Executive to grow its U.S. nonprofit market presence. This is purpose-driven sales that helps nonprofits exceed fundraising goals through a proven Giving Day and peer-to-peer platform.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with consultative sales experience and a passion for impact. Generous compensation includes a strong base salary and performance-based commission.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and grow existing nonprofit relationships
  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales from prospecting to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and close deals
  • Track sales performance and contribute to strategic planning
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a growth mindset

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B consultative sales, ideally with U.S.-based clients
  • Passion for nonprofit success and social impact
  • Native English; strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable engaging Jewish and non-Jewish nonprofit leaders
  • Available to work U.S. hours
  • Self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Jerusalem or Beit Shemesh office/hybrid over US hours
