Our client is seeking a mission-driven Account Executive to grow its U.S. nonprofit market presence. This is purpose-driven sales that helps nonprofits exceed fundraising goals through a proven Giving Day and peer-to-peer platform.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with consultative sales experience and a passion for impact. Generous compensation includes a strong base salary and performance-based commission.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and grow existing nonprofit relationships
- Lead consultative, value-driven sales from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and close deals
- Track sales performance and contribute to strategic planning
- Analyze client feedback and market trends
- Represent the company with professionalism and a growth mindset
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B consultative sales, ideally with U.S.-based clients
- Passion for nonprofit success and social impact
- Native English; strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable engaging Jewish and non-Jewish nonprofit leaders
- Available to work U.S. hours
- Self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
