Position: Digital Marketing Manager & Project Coordinator
Company: JiveHire (on behalf of our client, a Telecom Company)
Location: Remote (Israel-based hours)
Monthly Hours: 110 hours – Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Israel Time)

About the Role

We’re a recruiting company representing our client, a fast-paced telecom company seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Project Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative execution while staying organized, proactive, and collaborative.

You will lead marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, video content development, and blog publishing, while coordinating all projects and tasks using ClickUp. You’ll manage your own workload and also oversee the execution of projects involving our Paid Ads Specialist, design team, tech team, and other collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Create and schedule engaging posts multiple times per week

  • Collaborate with our graphic designer to deliver branded visuals and banners

Video Content Coordination

  • Write scripts and develop concepts for short marketing videos

  • Select images and visual references; coordinate with our video editor to complete production

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with members in the company’s Facebook Group

  • Foster a sense of community and drive interest in the brand

Email Marketing

  • Write engaging copy and develop ideas for regular campaigns

  • Collaborate with our email marketing consultant for setup and deployment

Blog Management

  • Upload and format blog posts in WordPress for optimal visual appeal

  • Coordinate with Paid Ads Specialist to align blog content with campaigns

Project Coordination

  • Use ClickUp to manage tasks for yourself and track work of the Paid Ads Specialist (note: this role does not directly manage the Paid Ads Specialist but ensures tasks are tracked and completed)

  • Assign work, monitor timelines, and ensure projects stay on track

  • Send weekly status updates with timelines to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and project coordination

  • Strong copywriting skills and creative mindset

  • Experience with ClickUp (or similar project management tool)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp for daily communication

  • Must be available Sunday through Thursday during Israeli business hours (starting at 9:00 AM Israel time)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with remote, multi-disciplinary teams

  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing

  • Experience with Klaviyo email platform

  • Experience with WordPress blog formatting and publishing
