We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Manager to oversee the operations of our US Tax Team. This role includes managing administrative staff, streamlining workflows, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting partners with regular reporting and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative workflows for US tax return submissions.
- Lead and support a team of administrative staff, including task scheduling and workload management.
- Organize team meetings and events.
- Provide ongoing reporting and follow-up on administrative processes.
- US Tax experience (an advantage, not required)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
- Tech-savvy and proactive.
- Experience managing people and processes is an advantage.
- Fluent English and good Hebrew.
Based in the Jerusalem with occasional travel to other offices
