Role Overview

INNOVA is seeking a Director of Marketing, Creative & Graphics to lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand direction, creative execution, and graphics operations.

This role is responsible for how INNOVA presents itself across every customer and partner touchpoint, including digital marketing, campaigns, showrooms, trade shows, sales materials, social media, product launches, and brand communications.

The role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on creative direction and operational oversight of the graphics department. The successful candidate will lead internal creative resources, manage external vendors and agencies, establish scalable marketing processes, and ensure the company delivers a consistent, premium brand experience across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Strategy- Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, content strategy, digital marketing, campaigns, trade show marketing, social media presence, and lead-generation initiatives. Establish measurable marketing KPIs and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and company growth objectives.

Brand Vision & Creative Direction - Define and continuously evolve INNOVA's brand identity as a premium, design-led company. Establish a clear and differentiated creative direction, own the visual language, tone of voice, and brand storytelling, and ensure all outputs deliver a cohesive, elevated brand experience.

Ideation & Concept Development - Lead the development of original campaigns, marketing concepts, and brand narratives. Translate business objectives into compelling creative directions and develop ideas that position INNOVA beyond product, as an experience. Set the creative standard for content, messaging, and storytelling across all initiatives.

Creative Execution Oversight - Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital platforms, video and photography, trade shows, physical activations, and showroom environments. Maintain rigorous standards for quality and consistency, and provide clear direction to designers, marketers, and external creative partners.

Brand Experience - Physical & Digital - Ensure alignment between digital marketing and physical environments, including showrooms, installations, and trade show presence. Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints that reflects INNOVA's premium market position.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Provide strategic leadership across the company’s Marketing, Creative, and Graphics functions, ensuring alignment between brand vision, campaign strategy, creative execution, and business objectives. Oversee the Marketing and graphics teams, and external creative partners while leading the development and execution of campaigns, content, visual assets, and brand initiatives across all channels. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align messaging with company goals and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all customer and partner touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, campaign ideation, and creative direction
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into executed creative work
  • Experience with premium, design-led, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong creative judgment paired with a high attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating both conceptually and hands-on
  • Experience across digital and physical brand environments
