Sales Operation Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and talented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Arugga AI Farming is an agritech start-up developing robotic solutions for greenhouse farming.

Our commercial robots are deployed worldwide and we are in the process of expansion.

• Handling customer intake, including monitoring monthly billing and collection processes.
• Handling and monitoring the delivery of goods to the customer.
• Working with sales, marketing and customer service teams.
• Updating and managing data in the Priority system Administrative support in sales processes.
• Native English. Additional languages (French) is a big plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role, mastery of the Priority system or Salesforce/Monday –
• Required Full control of Office applications
• Ability to be organized, tidy and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal communication and excellent human relations
