A non-profit organization in the field of Reform Judaism is seeking a Junior Accountant for a diverse and meaningful role that includes:
Preparation of financial statements and reports for various entities, including regulatory authorities and external supporting bodies.
Ongoing work with an external CPA firm.
Budget control and monitoring of projects, including budget vs. actual analysis.
Professional oversight of bookkeepers and payroll accountant.

🏠 Hybrid work model: Up to two days per week from home
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after internship – mandatory
Experience working with non-profit organizations / NGOs / social sector – advantage
Previous experience in financial management or controllership – advantage
