We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to enhance our listed products trading operations through process optimization and product-oriented strategies. This role focuses on refining operational workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the continuous improvement of our trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Manage and optimize post-trade operations, including settlements, transfers, and corporate actions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures and workflows.
Process Improvement & Product Orientation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.
- Apply methodologies such as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and integration of new products by ensuring operational readiness and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Operational Risk Monitoring:
- Assist in the identification and assessment of operational risks within trading processes.
- Implement controls and monitoring mechanisms to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations pertaining to listed products in various jurisdictions.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure operational processes meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in trading operations, with a focus on listed products.
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing listed products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as PDCA and DMAIC.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Office Location: Central Bus/Train Station area, Jerusalem
Hours: Full time 42.5 hours per week. (Monday-Friday for initial training period, with Friday as a shortened day.)
