Creative & Video Lead – Masa Israeli
Masa Israeli was founded 20 years ago with the mission of strengthening belonging and love for Israel, while deepening Jewish, Zionist, and Israeli identity among youth, soldiers, and adults — both in Israel and the diaspora — through meaningful, experiential journeys across the landscapes and sites of the land.
Role Definition & Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the organization's complete visual identity across all touchpoints with target audiences
- Creating visual content for the organization's diverse needs using a variety of tools, including AI tools
- Developing and designing creative work according to a structured plan that drives action and advances the organization's goals and objectives
- Owning the creative output across the organization's social media assets on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Full production and editing of video content: from on-location filming, through dynamic editing, to post-production
- Multidisciplinary graphic design: marketing ads, digital assets, print materials, and project branding
- Managing the ongoing content calendar across social media platforms in line with the organization's marketing strategy
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience of 1+ years in both video production and graphic design
- Full proficiency in video editing software: Premiere Pro, Wondershare Filmora, CapCut
- Full proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) and the ability to identify visual trends
- Sharp visual eye and ability to distinguish authentic content from manufactured content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Native-level Hebrew — required
- Significant advantage: experience in Motion Graphics
- Full-time position based in Jerusalem
