Position: Customer Service Representative for a Dental Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Provide positive, empathetic, and professional customer service
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Receive, diffuse, and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Ideal candidate:

• Available to work in our Har Hotzvim office
• Charismatic and a natural people person with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to learn new concepts quickly
• A team player who thrives off of collaboration
• Looking for a long-term job in Customer Service
• Native English speaker
• Must have teudat zehut or work visa

Hours & Salary: Late Evening shift:

• In office in Har Hotzvim
• Sunday: 8 pm-1 am, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8 pm-3 am, Wednesday: 10 pm - 3 am
• 14$/ hour paid on Israeli books

Early Evening shift:

• In office in Har Hotzvim
• Sunday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• 14$/ hour paid on Israeli books
