We are a fast-growing medical billing and revenue cycle management company seeking an experienced AI Specialist to help build and refine prompt-based AI workflows for high-level healthcare documentation and internal review processes. This role blends AI innovation, persuasive writing, and healthcare operational expertise.

What You’ll Do:
*Design, test, and optimize AI prompts to support creation of clear, compelling written content for medical billing documentation and appeals
*Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, AI-assisted tools
*Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality and process efficiency using AI
*Refine prompts and workflows continuously based on feedback to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
Ideal Candidate Has:
*Proven experience in AI prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms)
*Excellent writing skills, particularly in technical, persuasive, or regulatory contexts
*Familiarity with healthcare billing, clinical documentation, and/or insurance processes
*Experience with Salesforce or other workflow/project management platforms
*Strong attention to detail and ability to write with precision and clarity
*Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think strategically about AI integration
Bonus (not required):
*Experience in medical billing or health tech
*Understanding of CPT codes, payer disputes, or clinical terminology
*Ability to communicate effectively across remote, cross-functional teams
Requirements:
*Native English speaker
*High-level reading and writing skills
*Strong capacity for analysis and critical thinking
*Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365)
*Strong work ethic
*Home internet connection with a router (not Wifi)
*American bank account
