We are a leading provider of Employer of Record and Employee Hosting services in Israel. We’re a growing scale-up in the fintech/employment space, dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated Level 2 Bookkeeper to cover a temporary maternity leave for 3–5 months. The role offers flexible scheduling and can be structured as part-time employment or freelance (invoice). Ideal for a professional who is deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and can ramp up quickly.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in and prepare monthly payroll for 200+ employees.
  • Expense reporting and tracking.
  • Prepare monthly reports and statements.
  • Bank monitoring and financial transactions.
  • Accounts receivable / accounts payable.
  • Ensure accurate handover and documentation at both the start and end of the coverage period.


Required Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience (Israel).
  • Israeli payroll accounting experience.
  • Fluent Hebrew (required). English proficiency – advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, חשבשבת, עוקץ.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; consistent on deadlines; team player.
  • Part-time (approx. 20–35 hours/week) with flexible hours (can be distributed across 3–5 days/week).
  • Freelance/contract option available.
