Recruitment Manager

Convergence Israel is hiring a Recruitment Manager!

The department recruits medical staff for skilled nursing facilities in the US. Via remote interviews and personal connections, we work closely with over 130 facilities to fill open positions with qualified and capable personnel. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing four teams and support staff. 

What you'll do:

• Manage a department of 60 employees with varied roles and responsibilities
• Monitor KPIs and create initiatives to motivate employees
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure needs are being met
• Oversee the quality assurance team and training process

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in management positions
• Native English
• Excellent people skills
• Experience with recruitment a plus

The position is based in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.

8-10 hour days, US hours (afternoon/evening).
