74 sq. meter old renovated 3-room house in 80 year-old 'veteran' moshav in the Close-in-South (Shfehla Dromitj) just east of Ashdod and south of Gadera: Kfar Warburg.
Combo LR/'designer kitchen' (4 meters by 6 meters) with all appliances (stove, cooktop, full size frig. FYI There is room to the right of the kitchen cabinets to install a dishwasher, if desired). 2 large rooms by Israeli standards - both with large windows: south-east exposure bedroom 4 x 4; second room ideal as den/office...or could be easily convert into a 4x4.8 size living room (allowing the 'combo kitchen' to accommodate a dining room table. Small bathroom with glass-enclosed shower stall. Special service alcove near entrance for washer-dryer (appliances not provided).
Small private graveled garden with mature 50 year-old shade trees and greenery, separate from the landlord's garden. Red tile roof and screened (!) aluminum windows. Instant gas-heated hot water. Separate AC/heat units in all three rooms. FYI: Village has high-speed optic cable internet infrastructure available.
Excellent hassle-free shopping and services (doctors, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, bookstore and much more) all five minutes from the house. Nearby – performing arts centers and a host of other cultural activities in addition to village celebrations, the moshav pub, and more.
The house is in a tranquil section of the moshav (a non-working farm on a quiet street, no direct neighbors on three-sides). The area is safe for jogging/cycling in outlaying fields .
NOTE: 1. A car is an absolute necessity. 2. Rents more or less unfurnished - most furnishing in pixs only to indicate room size 3. The moshav is not religious but if you are observant, it has a mixed population including religiously-observant residents (our neighbor across the street – kipa sruga - 'runs' the village's very hamish beit knesset... The atmosphere is ‘live and let live’. We are not halachically religious.)
Ideal for single/couple. Long term preferred.
COSTS: 5,000 NIS/month plus arnona (350 NIS) and local moshav tax (100 NIS) Tenant pays metered water and electricity, and refill of gas canisters.
