About the Role
A leading cloud phone system provider is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you won’t be selling directly — your mission is to spark interest and book product demos for our in-house sales closers. It’s all about engaging business leads, qualifying interest, and handing off warm opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound cold calls to business prospects (leads provided)
Generate interest in our cloud-based VoIP and UCaaS solutions
Schedule qualified product demos for our internal sales team
Accurately update and manage CRM data
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of sales and cold calling experience
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Confident, driven, and results-focused attitude
Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely
What You Get
Base Salary: 10,000 NIS/month
PLUS High Residual Commissions (recurring income potential)

Requirements
Must have previous outbound sales or cold calling experience
Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security number
Must be available to work Mon–Thu, 9am–5pm EST
